Crowned in Creation: A Black Art Showcase

Crowned In Creation is a concert series celebrating and showcasing Black femme creatives in San Diego.

It was launched in 2024 by creative and community organizer Espi Love, under their brand "Elevate", as an opportunity for Black artists to be poured into and supported by community.

This installation's theme of divinity invites us all to pay homage to the role of art in connecting to something bigger than us. Come enjoy a night of music, poetry, and dance by us and for us. Show up and show out for local artists!
