Drohs, Taylormade, and GP formed Posted in 2022 as a collective to share their obsession of music with each other and their community.  Based in San Diego, they are privy to a constant influx of world-class artists flowing through nearby venues in the county’s fast-growing electronic landscape.  With varied musical backgrounds that formed in their youths, the outwardness of DJing intentional tracks to a dancing audience is both cathartic and necessary.  More than anything, that expression is an outlet to enjoy and bring the crowd through that ride, whether that be for sets, festivals, mixes, or a curated playlist.
Largely genre-agnostic, Posted stays at the forefront of new music being played around the world fueled by an insatiable need for just that – new music.  From LA to Tulum, Warung Beach Club to Drumsheds – it all ends up going ears to USBs at their sets.  They pride themselves not only on their musical acumen, but also on the acknowledgment that this is something only worth doing if enjoying.  It’s highly likely you’ll find inspiration to let go and dance from the geniality on their faces behind the decks.

The Experience:

🌃 Embark on a journey through six unique zones – featuring lasers, reactive video, LED sculpture, projection mapping, and more – each inspired by a different aspect of city life.

🎨 Interact with the art: choreographed light and sound performances, creating a powerful synergy that brings the city’s heartbeat to life.

🥘🍸 Indulge in an elevated cocktail lounge, Bar Luna, featuring a seasonal El Comal tapas-style menu and holiday inspired cocktail menu.

About City Lights💫 City Lights is the latest project led and designed by visual-digital artist Ben Guerrette, alongside a multidisciplinary team of artists, technologists, and designers known for pushing the boundaries of digital art and immersive experiences. Guerrette, known for his expertise in audio-visual installations and his passion for live music, brings a unique perspective to this experience, taking inspiration from the energy of city life and the edgy, untamed vibe of 90s rave culture. City Lights offers an experience that transforms Quartyard into a dynamic world of light, sound, and exploration this holiday season.

About Quartyard🪩 Quartyard is an event venue and urban park constructed from repurposed shipping containers in the East Village Neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. Quartyard is home to an eatery, full-service beer garden, event venue, art space, and coffee shop. Open five days a week, Quartyard plays host to a number of cultural events, outdoor concerts, private events, street markets and community activities. Quartyard’s utilization of sustainable and innovative design activates vacant urban land into a vibrant outdoor community space for a unique outdoor experience unlike any other.
