Nicole Roerick : Flow + Skate (yoga class and free skate)
About The Event
The Flow and Skate event will combine the mobility and flow of the practice of Yoga with an open skate jam after! The Yoga class will incorporate different ways to prepare your body for skating and ways to maintain overall strength and mobility within the body. This class will be very accessible to anyone who wants to attend and will also be fun! This is really an experience for us to come together and share space as a community. We will explore different ways to connect to our breath and allow this to set us up to skate the night away! All you need is an open mind and be willing to let your body flow and move. Yoga class will be from 630pm-730pm and skating will happen from 730pm-930pm, come for it all!
*Bring a Mat (if you have one) and Skates
