As a 200 hour yoga instructor who calls Yoga Box home, Liv strives to create connection in her classes – not only connection to oneself, but connection to a greater community. Olivia aspires to support her students with 3 intentions: discovering self-confidence, creating peace with physical and mental health, and most importantly, finding a sense of belonging.
