Yoga Move and Groove: Disco and Donuts

A 65 minute Power Flow yoga class led by Karina Ross alongside the disco tunes of DJ Tyler Chance. Class takes place at the Quartyard in Downtown SD. Stay after class for donuts (included) and mimosa specials or grab a coffee and connect with community!
